28jili Terms and Conditions — Rules & Player Agreement

1. General Terms

These Terms govern the entire relationship between you and 28jili from the moment you access the platform. They replace all prior communications, representations, or agreements — whether verbal or written — between you and 28jili regarding the subject matter herein.

By using the 28jili platform you confirm that:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited under applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You have read and accepted these Terms and all game-specific rules that apply to the games you play.
• You understand that gambling involves financial risk and that past results do not guarantee future outcomes.

28jili reserves the right to refuse service, close accounts, and void transactions where these Terms are violated or where 28jili has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive activity.

2. Account Registration

To access the games and services on 28jili, you must register and maintain a valid player account. The following rules apply to all 28jili accounts:

• One account per person. Each player may hold only one active account on 28jili. Multiple accounts, whether registered under the same name, address, mobile number, payment method, or device, are prohibited. 28jili reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and void associated balances.
• Accurate information required. You must provide truthful, accurate, and current information during registration and keep it up to date. False registration information may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• KYC verification. 28jili may request identity verification documents (government-issued ID, proof of address, or payment method verification) at any time. Failure to complete verification within the required timeframe may result in temporary suspension of withdrawals or account access.
• Account security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Never share your username or password with anyone. 28jili is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access where you have failed to secure your credentials.
• Age verification. 28jili will verify that all players meet the minimum age requirement of 21 years. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 will be closed immediately, all bets voided, and deposits returned minus any winnings already generated.

28jili reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, where there is a breach of these Terms or where required by law or regulation.

3. Deposits

28jili accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay/PESONet bank transfer, BDO online banking, BPI online banking, UnionBank online banking, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards.

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your payment method and account verification status.
• Deposits are credited to your 28jili wallet in real time for e-wallet methods (GCash, Maya, GrabPay). Bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes during business hours.
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party funding is not permitted and may result in account suspension.
• 28jili does not charge processing fees on standard deposits. Your payment provider may apply their own fees independently — 28jili has no control over these.
• Deposits made to claim a bonus are subject to the bonus terms applicable at the time of deposit. Once a bonus is credited, it cannot be unwound.

4. Withdrawals

28jili is committed to fast, reliable payouts. The following rules apply to all withdrawal requests:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Withdrawal limits vary by VIP tier — Bronze members may withdraw up to ₱50,000 per day; Diamond members have no daily limit.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by 28jili following completed KYC verification.
• GCash and Maya withdrawals typically process within 5 minutes, 24 hours a day. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business hours depending on the receiving bank.
• 28jili does not charge withdrawal fees for standard transactions. Platinum and Diamond VIP members enjoy zero fees on all withdrawals. Processing fees on bank transfers are absorbed by 28jili at Platinum tier and above.
• Withdrawals may be subject to additional verification before processing if the account has not completed full KYC, if the withdrawal amount exceeds certain thresholds, or if unusual activity is detected on the account.
• 28jili reserves the right to void winnings and decline withdrawals where there is evidence of exploitation of system errors, bonus abuse, collusion, fraud, or any other violation of these Terms.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

28jili offers a range of bonuses and promotions, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers through the VIP Club, and event-specific promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, plus any specific terms stated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Eligibility. Bonuses are available to verified, eligible 28jili accounts only. Players who have previously abused bonus offers or been flagged for bonus exploitation may be excluded from promotional offers.
• Wagering requirements. Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement before the bonus funds (or winnings derived from them) can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are clearly stated in the promotion terms. Standard wagering requirements range from 1× to 10× the bonus amount depending on the promotion type.
• Game contributions. Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Live Casino and card games may have reduced contribution rates. The specific contribution percentages for each game type are published in the relevant promotion details.
• Bonus expiry. Bonuses must be claimed within the stated claim period and wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period. Expired bonuses are removed from accounts without compensation.
• VIP Club cashback. Weekly cashback credited through the 28jili VIP Club at Bronze and Silver tiers carries no wagering requirement. Gold tier and above cashback has a 1× wagering requirement before withdrawal.
• No transfer. Bonuses are non-transferable, have no cash equivalent, and cannot be moved between 28jili accounts.
• Abuse. 28jili reserves the right to withhold or reverse bonus payments and any associated winnings where abuse, exploitation of errors, coordinated wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or any other form of bonus manipulation is suspected.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games on 28jili — including Pusoy, Tongits, Live Casino, Bingo, Volleyball Betting, Color Game, and all other titles — are subject to these general gameplay rules, supplemented by game-specific rules published in each game section:

• Bets are final. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the 28jili system, it cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed. Players are responsible for confirming stake amounts before submission.
• Technical errors. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error that affects a live game round, 28jili will investigate and determine the appropriate outcome. Game results may be voided and stakes returned where a fair result cannot be determined. 28jili's decision in these matters is final, subject to PAGCOR oversight.
• Disconnection during play. If your internet connection drops after a bet has been placed and accepted, the bet remains valid. The game outcome will be determined by the 28jili server regardless of your connection status. Winnings will be credited to your wallet automatically.
• Maximum winnings. Single-round maximum winnings may apply on certain games. These limits are published in the relevant game rules and may differ by VIP tier.
• Prohibited conduct. The following are strictly prohibited: use of automated betting software (bots), exploiting software bugs or game errors, collusion with other players, match-fixing (applicable to sports betting), use of VPNs to circumvent geo-restrictions, and any other conduct that gives an unfair advantage or distorts game outcomes.
• Sports and volleyball betting. All Volleyball Betting markets at 28jili are settled based on official results from the governing body of the relevant competition. Bets on suspended or postponed events will be handled per 28jili's sports betting rules published in the Volleyball Betting section.

7. Responsible Gaming

28jili takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously. As a PAGCOR-licensed operator, we are required to provide tools that allow players to manage their gaming activity and seek help when needed. The following responsible gaming provisions apply to all 28jili accounts:

• Deposit limits. Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from the account dashboard. Once set, a limit takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit requires a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session time limits. Players may set maximum session durations. A reality-check notification will appear at set intervals, displaying time spent and amount wagered in the current session.
• Self-exclusion. Players may request temporary self-exclusion (minimum 30 days) or permanent self-exclusion at any time by contacting 28jili support. During a self-exclusion period, the account is locked and no deposits may be made. 28jili will not market to self-excluded players.
• Cooling-off period. Players may request a cooling-off period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During this time, login is disabled.
• Prohibition on serving vulnerable players. 28jili will not knowingly allow individuals with known gambling problems, minors, or individuals acting under the influence of intoxicants to play on the platform.

8. Privacy & Data

28jili collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and applicable PAGCOR data protection requirements. By registering with 28jili, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the 28jili Privacy Policy.

• Personal data collected includes registration information, identity verification documents, transaction history, device and session data, and communications with support.
• Data is used for account management, payment processing, AML compliance, KYC verification, responsible gaming monitoring, and improvement of platform services.
• 28jili does not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory bodies as required by law.
• Players have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data, subject to legal retention obligations. Requests should be directed to support@28jili.best.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 28jili platform — including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, logos, brand names, text, audio, video, and user interface design — is the intellectual property of 28jili or its licensed content providers and is protected under Philippine intellectual property law.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any 28jili content without prior written consent.
• The 28jili name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks. Use of these marks without authorization is prohibited.
• You may not use any data mining, scraping, robots, or similar tools to extract data from the 28jili platform.

Your player account and its contents — including your balance, game history, and bonus credits — are provided for personal entertainment use only. They have no monetary value outside the 28jili platform and may not be transferred, sold, or traded.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 28jili's liability to you in connection with the platform and these Terms is limited as follows:

• 28jili is not liable for losses caused by internet connectivity issues, device failures, power outages, or any other circumstances beyond 28jili's control that affect your ability to access the platform.
• 28jili is not liable for losses arising from your failure to secure your account credentials or from unauthorized access to your account where 28jili has fulfilled its security obligations.
• 28jili does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance windows, emergency technical interventions, or PAGCOR-required suspensions may result in temporary unavailability. 28jili will communicate planned maintenance in advance where possible.
• In no event will 28jili be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform, even if 28jili has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
• Where 28jili's liability cannot be fully excluded by law, our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 90 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Disputes & Complaints

28jili is committed to resolving player disputes fairly and efficiently. If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of your 28jili account or gaming experience, please follow the procedure below:

1. Contact 28jili support first. Submit your complaint in writing to support@28jili.best with full details of the issue including your account username, the date and time of the event, and any relevant screenshots or transaction IDs. We aim to respond to all complaints within 24 hours.
2. Escalation within 28jili. If you are not satisfied with the initial response, you may request escalation to a senior support manager. Escalated complaints are reviewed within 5 business days.
3. PAGCOR referral. If your dispute remains unresolved after the 28jili internal process, you may refer the matter to PAGCOR as the regulatory authority overseeing 28jili's operations.

All disputes regarding the outcome of games or sports events must be raised within 30 days of the relevant event. Disputes raised after this period may not be investigated.

These Terms and any disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The courts of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings arising from these Terms.

12. Amendments to These Terms

28jili reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes may be made to reflect updates in PAGCOR regulations, changes in Philippine law, updates to platform features, or operational requirements.

• Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered players via email or via a notification displayed when you next log in to 28jili.
• The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
• Your continued use of the 28jili platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the changes, you must close your account and withdraw any available balance before the changes take effect.
